Ireland

Sep 11, 2013

I recently wrote about the golf trip I took to Scotland Doug_Ness_130429_DSC1072earlier this year.Directly after that week, I met up with Heather on the west coast of Ireland. We spent just over a week there, driving those wonderful 2-lane roads, frequently lined with centuries-old stone walls. We went for walks high along the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic, in wide-open meadows, and in deep green forests, bursting with life. We also spent a fair amount of time in the pubs there, listening to live traditional Irish music every night, but that will be the subject of another blog post. For now, some daytime pictures from our week in that quiet, lovely part of the world.
