Workshop Update
As many of you know, I’m at part-time Teaching Assistant at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography. I thought it would be worthwhile to provide an update of what I’m doing there now.
This past May, I assisted Tony Rizzuto in Intermediate Photography. This week, I’m assisting Kathy Eyster in Basic Photography, here in Missoula. Next week, I’ll be returning to Glacier National Park with Tim Cooper for our location workshop there. And in October, I’ll be with Lynn Hoffman-Brouse in Yosemite National Park. One of the reasons I enjoy these workshops is for the opportunity to work with such amazing instructors!
In addition to these week-long workshops, Marcy James, of RMSP, has asked me to do some individual teaching. In April, I gave a lecture at the school’s “Tuesday Night Lecture” series on “Getting Your Work Seen”. This coming October, I’ll be teaching a class for fine art photography students who are enrolled in the Advanced Intensive program.
Lastly, for those of you interested in participating in international photography workshops, I’ll have an important announcement in the coming weeks about a workshop that I’ll be leading in the spring of 2014 in Venice, Italy.
