F-Stop Magazine

Apr 10, 2013

I try to attend a Portfolio Review event or two every year. They are excellent venues for getting feedback on my work and discussing issues relating to a specific portfolio that I’m working on. I always get great ideas and insights on sequencing, final print and display options, and so much more. They are also a wonderful way to meet some truly kind, talented, and interesting people who share a love of photography. One such person is Christy Karpinski.

I met Christy at the fantastic Filter Photo Festival in Chicago in late 2011. She is the editor of F-Stop magazine, a monthly online magazine dedicated to photography. This month, I’m extremely pleased that she has chosen two of my images to be part of the Open Theme Group Exhibit. The two images (below) are from my “Layers of Berlin” series, which I plan on showing more of in a future blog post.

Please check out F-Stop when you have a chance. Here’s the link. Thanks, Christy!
